In 1993, 12-year-old Polly Klaas was abducted from her home in Petaluma, California during a sleepover with friends. Richard Allen Davis would take the young girl’s life before a nationwide search would even begin. This dirtbag was a repeat offender that had been given too many chances to reform. Outrage over his actions would cause reform to the California justice system.
