Lawrence Bittaker and Roy Norris became two of the most heinous serial killers to wreak havoc in California during the 1970’s. After meeting in prison, the two created a calculated plan to kidnap, rape and murder teenage girls together. The pair were dubbed the ‘Toolbox Killers’ because the tools that they used to torture and kill their victims could be found in an everyday toolbox.
